These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fateh Movers website and the moving services we provide. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Fateh Movers provides packing, moving, unpacking, furniture assembly, single-item moving, storage and related relocation services across the UAE. Service availability may vary by location and date.
Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, a survey. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual volume, access conditions, distance or scope differs from what was described. We aim to keep pricing transparent with no hidden charges, and any changes will be communicated to you.
Bookings are confirmed subject to crew and vehicle availability. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed dates and times, but timing may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather, traffic or building access restrictions.
You agree to provide accurate move details, ensure safe and lawful access to both locations, declare valuable or hazardous items, and be available (or appoint a representative) on move day. Please secure or remove items of exceptional value, cash and important documents yourself.
We handle your belongings with professional care. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by law and any agreed insurance coverage. Optional insurance for valuable items is available on request and is recommended for high-value goods. Claims should be reported promptly after delivery.
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due on or before completion of the move. We accept the payment methods communicated to you during booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations at short notice may incur a fee to cover allocated crew and vehicle resources, as communicated at booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
